What's actually involved
Attics, soffits and the space under a deck are prime nesting sites, and Bay Area properties back onto enough green space that wildlife pressure is constant. Opossums, raccoons and squirrels all cause real damage once inside.
The work has three parts and skipping any one of them means it recurs: get the animal out humanely, close the entry properly, and repair what it chewed or tore on the way in.

We check for young before sealing — walling in a litter is both cruel and a serious odour problem.

Sanitising
Droppings and nesting material removed and the space treated.
