Termite Inspection & Treatment
The most expensive pest problem on this coast — and the one found last.

What's actually involved
Subterranean termites are native and everywhere here. Formosan termites are the bigger problem: colonies run into the millions, they cause structural damage far faster, and they swarm in overwhelming numbers between April and June.
Neither is covered by standard homeowner insurance in Texas. That is why an annual inspection is the cheapest thing on this page — it is the difference between a treatment and a contractor rebuilding a wall.
Full structural inspection
Slab, foundation, plumbing penetrations, attic and any crawl space.
Photo report
What is active, what is old damage, and what needs a builder rather than us.
Species identification
Native subterranean and Formosan are treated differently. It matters.
Liquid barrier treatment
Trenched and treated soil barrier around the full foundation.
Or a baiting system
In-ground stations monitored year round where the construction suits it better.
Annual renewal
Continuous cover with a documented re-inspection each year.

Questions we get every week
Mud tubes on the foundation, wings shed near windows, hollow-sounding wood, or a swarm indoors. Many homeowners find none of these — which is exactly why an annual inspection matters.
